Howdy partner! From her golden locks to the spurs
on her boots, Howdy Rowdy is a cowgirl’s cow
girl. Remember that being a cowgirl doesn’t mean
you can’t be a lady. Howdy’s blue eye shadow,
long eyelashes, blush and ruby-red lipstick let you
know that she’s all girl! And don’t let
the denim shirt, cow-patterned vest, jean and chaps – yes,
chaps – fool you. She can saddle up with other
members of Student Government and rustle with the best
of them.
